George Warren has been looking forward to taking his girlfriend, Enid Rollins, as a passenger on his first licensed flight. Afterward he's going to tell her he doesn't love her anymore. But as they are flying, Greg loses control of the plane and is forced to make a crash landing, seriously injuring Enid. He thinks he can't possibly break up with her now.
